Come and join the Risk & Compliance team in General Counsel as we work to transform Thomson Reuters (TR) into a content-driven technology company. We are looking for curious, collaborative, and driven risk professionals who can partner with all TR stakeholders to help us make more informed decisions that balance risk and reward.

The Risk & Compliance Analyst is a versatile and innovative risk professional, who can support all aspects of the risk management lifecycle: from framework and program building, to supporting the business functions/segments with implementation, through to risk analytics and reporting. About the Role
As an Analyst, Operations Risk Partnering you will:

  • Support the management in implementing the Operations Risk Partnering Strategy

  • Collaborate with various teams for performing day-to-day activities ensuring effective risk management

  • Assist the team in preparing high-quality periodic reports to relevant committees / forums

  • Facilitate training to businesses for embedding a risk aware culture

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field, and relevant professional certification is preferred

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in risk management, particularly in operations and technology industries

  • Possess a sound understanding of enterprise risk management principles and best practices

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, by working independently or collaboratively

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
