OVERVIEW

As an Analyst II, in the Sales & Commercial Capabilities function, you will support business teams across North America and international markets by turning data into insights that improve business performance and decision making. You will leverage customer databases, advanced BI tools (GCP, SQL, Tableau, Advanced Excel), and PowerPoint to build reporting, visualization solutions, analytical tools, and presentations that help stakeholders understand trends, identify opportunities, and act with confidence. You will work closely with global stakeholders to address business requests, develop insight-led solutions, and deliver clear, compelling stories through data. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical and process expertise with business acumen and can contribute to capability development, strategic projects, and competitive intelligence analysis.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Capabilities Development & Data Analysis

  • Translate customer and business data into actionable insights and stakeholder-ready recommendations.

  • Design and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytical tools that improve efficiency, accuracy, and business visibility.

  • Analyze panel, point-of-sale, and syndicated data to identify sales trends and support strategic initiatives.

  • Apply a data-driven approach to business questions and proactively identify opportunities for performance improvement and value creation.

Stakeholder Influencing

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business requests, communicate insights clearly, and influence action through effective storytelling.

  • Deliver clear, compelling presentations and recommendations that help stakeholders act with confidence.

  • Build strong working relationships with global stakeholders and effectively support business requests and priorities.

Fund our Future and Inculcate Continuous Improvement Mindset

  • Ensure high data quality through strong attention to detail, logic checks, and accurate use of tools and platforms.

  • Drive continuous improvement in processes and ways of working.

  • Support onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing within the team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

  • 3–4 years of experience in business reporting, analytics, and visualization in consumer-packaged goods or a related industry.

  • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data environments such as GCP.

  • Experience using data to influence decision making and deliver business recommendations.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5–6 years of experience in business reporting, analytics, and visualization within CPG/FMCG, particularly in trade, ecommerce, or revenue management.

  • Experience with data modelling and with syndicated, panel, and point-of-sale data sources.

  • Exposure to sales, marketing, finance, and revenue management in U.S. and international market environments.

  • Advanced degree in statistics, business analytics, retail, business management, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated proactivity, comfort with ambiguity, and a strong orientation toward innovation and continuous improvement.

ELIGIBILITY

Applicants must meet minimum age qualifications in the country in which the job is located.
