Responsible for financial reporting, I-GAAP compliance, variance analysis, and risk monitoring for finance functions. Prepares presentations for CFO and audit notes.
This role is responsible for preparing financial reporting including compliance with RBI circular and accounting standard
Responsibilities- Preparation for I-GAAP reporting.
- Variance analysis of the financial statement on monthly basis.
- Monthly presentation for CFO.
- Review of internal control over the financial presentation and finance department.
- Ensure that compliance with accounting standard as per I-GAAP standard.
- Risk and control monitoring for the finance function and ORMD.
- Putting up various notes to Audit Committees and Board for Approval/Noting.
- Preparation and review of board policy.
Qualifications: CA
Experience: 2 to 5 years
