Job Description
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Execute all operational activities accurately within defined SLAs and in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
This includes but not limited to:

Expense Allocation- Allocating of expense to projects.
• Collaborate with onshore teams (Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable, Corporate Accounting, Fund Accounting, & Business Users) ensuring operational activities are executed flawlessly.
• Execute duties related to the month and quarter end close processes such as AP biller file and EAT Requests.
• Understand our various fund expense and allocation policies/methodologies
• Apply allocation policy to calculate expense allocations accurately.
• Provide support and analysis to other ad-hoc projects and initiatives as directed by department Manager.
• Ensure business process/policy documentation is maintained regularly.
• Assist in technology builds to automate expense allocation and accounts payable functions.
Education:
• University/College Degree required (Business or Accounting preferred)
Experience Required:
-
1-3 years Accounts receivable experience in a global organization
-
Preferred someone who has worked in AR or AP process.

Experience using Coupa, Oracle Fusion, Concur or any other ERP.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills

Financial Service Industry experience preferred.
