Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Workday Analyst to join our HR Technology team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on configuration experience in Workday integrations, HCM configuration, data auditing, and report writing to optimize HR systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Workday Integrations:
-Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors to maintain uninterrupted operations.
-Maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and other Workday tools.
-Ensure seamless integration with third-party service vendors by building and maintaining connections.
-Collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external vendors to test and deploy integration updates and enhancements.
HCM Configuration:
-Configure and update Workday Core HCM to align with business objectives.
-Support system upgrades, new feature rollouts, and ongoing configuration optimization.
-Document system changes, maintain user guides, and provide training as needed.
Data Auditing & Quality:
-Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external standards.
-Identify data discrepancies in employee records, organizational structures, and payroll inputs and work with stakeholders to resolve.
-Promote and follow data governance best practices.
Report Writing:
-Develop and maintain custom Workday reports and dashboards using advanced calculated fields and reporting techniques.
-Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience building Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors.
• 1+ years of experience integrating systems with third-party service vendors.
• 3+ years of experience developing custom Workday reports and advanced calculated fields.
• Strong proficiency in Workday tools and demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with HR, IT, Payroll, and external stakeholders. Preferred Skills
• Workday certification in Integrations or HCM.
• Familiarity with payroll and benefits system integrations.
• Experience with data visualization tools and advanced reporting techniques.
