About the Role
We are seeking a candidate with a strong Corporate Secretarial or Chartered Accountant
background to serve as a key player in our Product Team. As part of CEO’s Office, you will
be involved at the ground level in Product Design and Development, Projection, Pitches
and Promotion.
A strong grasp of Governance, Risk and Compliance concepts is critical, particularly
surrounding corporate laws emanating from SEBI, Ministry of Corporate Affairs and RBI.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the product team to design and refine GRC software features;
incorporating legal insights on compliance frameworks in alignment with
regulatory trends for translation into actionable product enhancements.
• Product pre-sales and presentations, contextualizing product features for
practical discussions with end users to support the Senior management and
Sales team, from product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
• Support on contracts, risk assessments, regulatory updates, client invoicing,
policy formulation, audit preparations, and training of internal teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Qualified Company Secretary or Chartered Accountant with 2+ years of on-ground
post-qualification experience in roles directly involving corporate secretarial and
compliance and exposure to using compliance and board management software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical thinker with a collaborative, proactive attitude.
