Job Description: Core Compliance – Administrator
Experience: 1–4 years in Compliance
Location: Mumbai
Role Overview
Seeking a junior compliance professional with hands‑on exposure to core compliance, including surveillance, OBI monitoring, and compliance engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct post‑event surveillance of transactions and communications across products.
- Identify and escalate potential market abuse, conflicts of interest, or policy breaches.
- Support and implement various regional policies
- Assist in processing PAD queries, OBI requests, G&H requests
- Assist in implementation various regional initiatives (i.e. Annual Compliance Plan, Compliance Risk Assessment)
- Maintain records, review procedures, and assist in reporting surveillance metrics.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 years in compliance within financial services.
- Exposure to surveillance functions is a plus.
Skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic data analysis.
- Detail‑oriented, analytical, and eager to learn.
- Strong communication skills and sound judgement.
- Works with integrity, curiosity, and collaborative mindset.
