Acquire retail loan customers through direct sourcing, DSAs, connectors, referrals, cold calling, and market activities. Manage channel-partner relationships, meet sales targets, ensure KYC and documentation compliance, coordinate loan processing with internal teams, track application status, and resolve customer and partner queries.
The Acquisition Manager – RL Sales is responsible for driving the acquisition of retail loan customers through direct and indirect channels. The role involves identifying potential customers, managing relationships with channel partners, ensuring compliance with documentation, and achieving sales targets for retail loan products such as home loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and personal loans.
ResponsibilitiesAcquire new customers for retail loan products through DSAs, connectors, and direct sourcing.
Generate leads through market activities, referrals, and cold calling.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to KYC norms as per company guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams including credit, operations, legal, and technical for smooth processing of loan applications.
Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and ensure consistent business flow.
Track and update the status of loan applications to customers and partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly.
