The Account Supply Responsible manages the delivery process in Supply Chain, coordinating forecasting, resource planning, and performance monitoring, while leading stakeholder engagement and driving overall supply efficiency.

About this opportunity:
The ASR is accountable for end-to-end delivery from Supply perspective, advising and influencing all stakeholders in the end-to-end Supply Chain.
In pre-sales the ASR is the Supply business partner to the Core 3 team responsible for the design of an optimal Customer/Contract, Supply Chain, meeting customer demands, in line with valid laws and regulations and in line with the Supply Strategy, all Supply risks assessed.
After design the ASR brings the Supply Chain into execution with operational efficiency, continuously monitoring, controlling and optimizing it up to and including project closure.
What you will do:
Support Market Area Sales Forecasting: Lead and facilitate the monthly Account SandOP; Push for customer forecast to be specified in customer contracts; Proactively lead and guide the accounts when collecting and analyzing the forecast input; Ensure that the assumptions behind the forecasted demand, including reasons, risks and opportunities are documented and presented to the Market Area Demand Manager.
Drive Customer Supply chain preparation: Create Supply Chain Delivery Plan; Identify Supply Chain delivery resource need; Create/Maintain Budget for Supply Chain Cost
Coordinate Customer Supply chain establishment: Initiate and secure supply chain set up, involving Supply Chain Design and Control if required; Assess Supply Chain Readiness for initial Fulfillment Assignment Specification/Delivery Requisition (FAS/DR) execution; Establish Supply Chain Performance Metrics
Control and govern Customer Supply Chain Execution: Secure that execution follows Supply Chain Delivery Plan; Consolidate updates on progress to account and project team; Assess and maintain the supply Chain Delivery Plan accordingly to change requirements during execution; Handle delivery escalation and act upon issues and/or deviations; Monitor and control inventory and stock; Monitor and control Supply Chain Performance. Secure clear handover to ODM for delivery execution and support the delivery escalations.
Drive Customer Supply Chain Closure: Secure product take-back and possible buy back opportunities; Create Supply Chain (SC) final report including the Feedback on lessons learned to the project and account
Perform Leadership: Establish virtual teams; Manage and influence stakeholders; Promote and execute supply strategy
