Create detailed 3D architectural models and photorealistic interior and exterior renderings, walkthrough animations, and 360° presentations. Interpret architectural and MEP drawings, apply lighting, materials, textures, landscaping, and entourage, and revise visuals based on feedback. Maintain organized asset libraries and stay current with VR/AR visualization tools. The role requires strong architectural visualization skills, attention to detail, aesthetic judgment, and a mandatory portfolio.
This position involves working with the Architecture Team at Axium Global’s Delivery Centre in Andheri, Mumbai. The team consists of skilled professionals, including architects, 3D visualisers and structural engineers with varied experience. The visualiser will be creating visually appealing renderings that accurately represent design concepts, helping clients and stakeholders understand architectural proposals through compelling imagery.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed 3D models of architectural designs using industry-standard software (3ds Max, Vray, Corona, SketchUp etc.)
- Produce photo-realistic renderings including interior/exterior views, walkthrough animations and 360° presentations
- Apply advanced rendering tools (V-Ray, Corona Renderer etc) for realistic lighting, materials and textures
- Enhance visuals with landscaping, entourage, and environmental elements to improve presentation quality
- Accurately interpret architectural and MEP drawings and translate them into 3D models
- Maintain organized libraries of models, textures, and materials for workflow efficiency
- Review and revise visual outputs based on internal and client feedback, ensuring delivery of the highest standards
- Stay updated with industry trends, including VR/AR visualization tools (Enscape, Twinmotion, Unreal, Blender) to continually improve output quality
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design or a related field
- 2–4 years of professional experience as a 3D Visualiser, preferably in an architectural or design consultancy environment
- Working knowledge of animation, lighting, texturing and material creation
- Excellent attention to detail, aesthetic sense and a strong portfolio of architectural visualizations (portfolio submission mandatory)
- Exposure to VR/AR visualization tools will be an added advantage
Compensation:
