Leads Zoom’s India sales business with full revenue accountability across enterprise, upmarket, mid-market, SMB, and partner-led segments. Defines go-to-market strategy, closes complex enterprise deals, develops executive customer relationships, builds channel partnerships, and leads senior sales talent. Responsibilities include forecasting, pipeline generation, quota attainment, territory and headcount planning, talent development, and collaboration with APAC, product, marketing, and customer success teams.

Own and optimize end-to-end Demand-to-Retention revenue processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, CPQ, quote-to-cash, renewals, and expansion. Analyze revenue metrics, improve workflows and controls, translate business requirements into Salesforce and CPQ configurations, support compliance governance, and drive adoption of new processes and systems. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, IT, and customer operations in a SaaS environment.

Own marketing database operations for EMEA, including audience segmentation, data quality, privacy compliance, and performance analysis. Translate complex marketing data into actionable insights, recurring reports, and segmentation models. Partner with Marketing Operations, IT, and Data teams to improve database accuracy and processes, while enabling stakeholders through clear communication and training. The role requires strong SQL, marketing technology, project ownership, and business-facing analytical skills.

Build and manage scalable ETL pipelines, data models, Airflow workflows, and dbt transformations for Zoom’s marketing analytics infrastructure. Develop complex SQL and Python solutions, implement data quality monitoring, and collaborate with analysts and marketing stakeholders. The role supports campaign performance, attribution modeling, customer journey analytics, and reliable reporting through production-grade AWS data solutions.

Analyze marketing data to measure campaign performance, ROI, attribution, customer behavior, and funnel conversion. Build Tableau dashboards and reports, define KPIs and measurement frameworks, evaluate experiments, and provide recommendations for campaign strategy and budget allocation. Translate complex findings into executive-ready presentations and collaborate with global marketing stakeholders across digital, social, email, and event channels.

Designs and maintains HR data infrastructure for People Analytics. Builds ETL pipelines, data models, Airflow workflows, dbt transformations, SQL queries, and data quality monitoring systems. Partners with analysts and stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable datasets and workforce insights. Requires strong SQL, Python, AWS, Airflow, and dbt expertise, plus experience translating business requirements into production-grade data solutions.
