Oversee finance and accounting operations, including month-end GL close, reconciliations, financial reporting, tax compliance, statutory audits, internal controls, fixed assets, and purchase processes. Prepare IGAAP and US GAAP financial statements, coordinate audits, manage direct and indirect tax obligations, and handle RBI and ROC/MCA compliance. Lead and develop the accounting team while ensuring accurate, timely reporting and effective cross-functional collaboration.

The News Letter Producer will manage setup and deployment of email campaigns, coordinate with sales for ad placements, and ensure campaign performance through quality assurance and reporting.

Manage strategic enterprise customer relationships, serving as the primary contact for technical support, training, issue resolution, and executive engagement. Partner with sales on account health, growth, and presales activities while advocating for customer needs internally. Apply data analytics, visualization, AI tools, and automation to improve reporting, insights, troubleshooting, and customer value. Support connectivity-focused products and regularly meet clients and attend company functions.
