Provides high-touch subscriber support while translating customer feedback into product improvements. Responsibilities include managing support tickets, resolving payment and account issues through Stripe, analyzing support trends, prioritizing the product backlog, writing requirements and user stories, coordinating feature launches, training support teams, and reporting customer and product KPIs to leadership.

Own user acquisition and lifecycle growth for Cloud Help Desk and Inventory Online. Build and optimize reactivation, win-back, product-led growth, email, and multichannel campaigns; manage segmentation, behavioral targeting, conversion funnels, and free-to-paid conversion. Plan community meetups, workshops, and roadshows, collaborate with Product and Community teams, and analyze campaign performance to improve acquisition, engagement, and subscription outcomes.

Performs full-cycle general ledger accounting, including reconciliations, allocations, intercompany transactions, payroll, prepaid expenses, and amortization. Supports SEC financial reporting, audits, account analysis, and accounting policy compliance. Researches financial discrepancies, maintains documentation, responds to business inquiries, and contributes to process automation and efficiency initiatives across a global public company.

Manage strategic enterprise customer relationships, serving as the primary contact for technical support, training, issue resolution, and executive engagement. Partner with sales on account health, growth, and presales activities while advocating for customer needs internally. Apply data analytics, visualization, AI tools, and automation to improve reporting, insights, troubleshooting, and customer value. Support connectivity-focused products and regularly meet clients and attend company functions.
