The role requires collaboration across business, sales, finance, HR, information security, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.

Supports the CEO and founder by managing complex international travel, calendars, meetings, communications, follow-ups, research, presentations, reports, budgets, and events. The role requires confidentiality, strong organization, multitasking, project coordination, time-zone awareness, and flexibility for rotational shifts, weekends, and travel. The assistant will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, clients, and senior leaders while handling executive and personal operational responsibilities.
