Serves as a strategic legal advisor for banking, payments, and fintech products across global markets. Provides product and regulatory counsel, drafts and negotiates financial-services, technology, SaaS, licensing, lending, card, and partnership agreements, and advises on RBI, NPCI, PPI, privacy, cybersecurity, and data-localization requirements. Supports regulatory filings, inspections, risk assessments, and legal playbooks while leading a legal team and partnering with Product, Compliance, Risk, banks, and technology providers.

The Manager - Finance will oversee financial accounting, accounts payable, audits, treasury operations, and corporate restructuring, ensuring compliance and leading a finance team.

Provide hardware and software technical support to users, close IT tickets within SLAs, coordinate with vendors and procurement, monitor servers and network devices, manage inventory, backups and profile migrations, maintain AV and Windows services (WSUS/WDS/SCCM), perform firmware/BIOS upgrades, handle Active Directory access, prepare reports, and plan维护 schedules.

Lead HR technology transformation and administer HR systems. Own implementations, integrations, configurations, testing, troubleshooting, vendor governance, and user adoption. Drive process automation, AI-enabled solutions, and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.
