Lead expansion of POS and self-service kiosk solutions in India by developing strategic sales plans, prospecting and closing enterprise retail, QSR and F&B customers, leveraging existing accounts, building partner channels (ISVs/SIs/VARs), negotiating contracts, coordinating pre-sales and customer success, and representing the company at industry events to meet revenue targets.

Own assigned channel accounts/territory, develop and execute sales strategies, build partner relationships, drive Zebra product adoption and revenue, plan solution launches, deliver presentations and training, and manage moderately complex deals to meet individual quotas.

Lead end-to-end quality assurance for monthly Android-based device releases. Mentor test engineers, develop test plans and strategies, and ensure functional, performance, interoperability, and benchmarking coverage. Drive adoption of AI and generative AI tools for test-case and strategy generation. Collaborate across engineering, product, and program teams to integrate testing throughout the SDLC while improving tools, processes, and methodologies.
