Manage end-to-end global payroll inputs, validate employee and HR data, review gross-to-net calculations, resolve payroll queries, perform reconciliations, and support journal entries and month-end close. Collaborate with HR, Finance, external payroll providers, and global stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations across multiple countries. Maintain payroll data integrity, support headcount and expense reporting, and adhere to local regulations and internal controls.

Supports record-to-report finance activities, including intercompany accounting, general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations, bank accounting, month-end and year-end close, journals, accruals, prepayments, FX revaluation, VAT reconciliations, reporting, audits, and process improvement across global finance teams.
