Coordinates creative, production, account, client, and external partner teams across video, CGI, digital, print, social, and localization workflows. Oversees multiple workstreams, maintains project documentation, manages change control and profitability, resolves delivery issues, and mentors junior team members while driving process improvements.

Create and edit client-ready video using generative AI and Adobe Creative Cloud tools. Produce original and modified video content, build hybrid AI and post-production workflows, test emerging tools, ensure quality, optimize outputs for web delivery, and meet brand standards and deadlines. Collaborate with producers and clients, identify efficiency improvements, make tooling and quality decisions, and train team members on AI-assisted video creation techniques.

Leads the Business Affairs function across EMEA, overseeing talent agreements, rights management, licensing, clearances, media compliance, contracts, and usage rights. Builds scalable governance processes, reduces external agency dependence, mitigates commercial and legal risk, supports production and client teams, negotiates complex agreements, and develops a high-performing regional team. Partners with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Production, Media, clients, suppliers, and regulatory stakeholders across international markets.
