Lead the West Region product and sales team for Yokogawa's Process Control Instrumentation portfolio. Develop and execute business plans and sales strategies, drive order intake and revenue growth, manage key accounts, qualify and close opportunities, provide technical/application support, coordinate with marketing, OPD, and service teams, and ensure reporting, delivery, and collections targets are met.

Manage regional sales and marketing for flowmeters: conduct presentations, produce specifications, handle technical queries, perform sizing, visit customers independently, coordinate regional teams, and report to headquarters to grow regional business.

Lead and mentor a regional sales team to grow Yokogawas Distributed Control System business. Develop and execute sales plans, manage key accounts, drive technical application support, coordinate with engineering/marketing, ensure delivery and collections, and expand DX and systems opportunities across industrial markets.
