Leads distributed software product teams across the product lifecycle, including user research, product vision, strategy, roadmaps, sprint priorities, partnerships, budgeting, metrics, team development, and promotions. The role also contributes to software design, development, testing, code reviews, releases, and Agile practices. Product Managers collaborate with language technology leadership, developers, partners, and global translation-team users.

Execute scheduled, ad hoc, and release-milestone software tests; review test cases; report defects in issue-tracking systems; communicate status in standups; and collaborate with software test managers and development teams. The role requires knowledge of QA methodologies, black-box, grey-box, and white-box testing, strong communication and organization, independent and team-based work, and participation in planning and professional meetings.

Build, design, maintain, and update websites and software applications supporting global language development and Bible translation work. Responsibilities include writing web content, developing with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and WordPress, improving SEO, analyzing requirements, supporting users, documenting website management processes, and contributing to product roadmaps. The role requires independent and collaborative work, with travel to development-team meetings and language technology conferences.
