Manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of customer-facing IT projects in a Professional or Managed Services environment. Lead multisite deployments across networking, storage, virtualization, cloud, security, and collaboration domains. Track schedules, risks, finances, resources and deliverables; communicate with customers and stakeholders; produce documentation, reports and financials (preferably in Clarity). Utilize PM tools and methodologies to ensure quality and profitability.

Lead customer-facing, multisite IT infrastructure projects in a Professional/Managed Services environment. Manage scope, schedule, risks, resources, finances, and stakeholder communications. Ensure quality delivery, profitability, and timely execution while mentoring teams and using project management tools and financial reporting (preferably Clarity).

Manage and support professional services partner relationships in India: vet partners, assist with partner quotes and SOW negotiations, handle escalations and deactivations, ensure India-specific compliance, and evangelize the partner program across the region.
