Leads IT staffing sales for financial and professional services clients, focusing on contingent labor, strategic resourcing, ramp-up plans, and Statement of Work engagements. Develops account strategies, builds relationships with senior decision-makers, manages pipelines and client backlogs, drives revenue growth, leads proposals and executive discussions, and resolves escalated issues. Collaborates across service and product teams to position workforce solutions and expand business.

Build and nurture enterprise client relationships, lead complex RFPs and competitive bids, develop TCO and ROI models, structure commercial terms, and close large multi-year services agreements. The role partners with architects, consultants, and delivery teams to shape technology services solutions spanning networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and data center infrastructure. It also requires trusted-advisor relationships with CIOs, CISOs, and other senior executives, plus market thought leadership and account growth.

Lead technical pre-sales for modern data center infrastructure: design solutions, size stacks, build BOM/BOQ, run POCs/demos, create proposals and presentations, advise customers and support sales to close enterprise and HPC hybrid-cloud deals.
