Build and nurture enterprise client relationships, lead complex RFPs and competitive bids, develop TCO and ROI models, structure commercial terms, and close large multi-year services agreements. The role partners with architects, consultants, and delivery teams to shape technology services solutions spanning networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and data center infrastructure. It also requires trusted-advisor relationships with CIOs, CISOs, and other senior executives, plus market thought leadership and account growth.

Develop and support full-stack software and database applications across legacy and modernized systems. Integrate AI capabilities using LLMs, agents, automation, and related frameworks. Participate in Agile planning, development, testing, releases, demonstrations, and retrospectives. Maintain application quality, resiliency, and upgrade survivability while providing post-production and on-call support. Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and contribute recommendations on emerging technologies.

Serves as the functional subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud PPM and financial operations. Leads requirements gathering, configuration, testing, implementation, support, issue resolution, quarterly update assessments, documentation, training, reporting, integrations, and data migration across Project Costing, Billing, Revenue Recognition, Budgeting, Project Management, and GL processes. Partners with Finance, PMO, IT, vendors, and business users to deliver compliant and effective Oracle Projects solutions.
