Advises enterprise and HPC customers, assesses technical needs, develops architectures, proposals, BOMs, BOQs, presentations, and statements of work, and manages proofs of concept and solution demonstrations. Partners with sales teams, OEMs, and internal subject matter experts to position solutions, address objections, validate configurations, support RFP/RFI responses, and ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements.

Sources and recruits candidates for complex US technical roles across networking, infrastructure, cloud, and AI domains. Manages job postings, applicant tracking, candidate screening, technical interview coordination, resource-manager collaboration, cadence calls, and candidate relationship development. Uses Bullhorn, Beline, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, and automation to improve sourcing, engagement, market intelligence, and recruiting productivity in VMS/MSP environments.

Drive consultative services sales across assigned enterprise accounts in WWT India. Develop sales strategies, joint pursuit plans, leads, and statements of work; build client, OEM, partner, and vendor relationships; coordinate delivery scoping; monitor project profitability; identify contingent staffing needs; and promote management consulting services.
