Generate and qualify outbound and inbound sales opportunities for Workday’s enterprise pipeline in India. Partner with Account Executives and Marketing on account engagement, campaigns, and prospect follow-up. Research business drivers, identify pain points and decision makers, engage senior stakeholders, communicate solution value, and maintain accurate Salesforce records. The role requires consistent target achievement, strong communication, business judgment, resilience, and relationship-building skills.

Lead end-to-end Workday HCM implementations for customers, including requirements gathering, solution configuration, legacy data conversion, integrations, testing, and production transition. Partner with customers and project teams, manage multiple projects, ensure test coverage and successful outcomes, mentor consultants, and build lasting customer relationships. The role requires extensive HCM functional experience, Solution Architect experience, consulting expertise, and strong communication and project management skills.

Deliver Workday HCM and Security consulting to enterprise customers through configuration guidance, troubleshooting, demonstrations, tenant reviews, feature adoption programs, office hours, and deployments. The consultant researches customer questions, recommends optimized solutions, creates presentations and deliverables, influences design decisions, maintains Workday expertise and certifications, and manages multiple engagements. The role requires strong communication, customer advisory skills, and the ability to travel up to 10%.
