Deliver Workday HCM and Security consulting to enterprise customers through configuration guidance, troubleshooting, demonstrations, tenant reviews, feature adoption programs, office hours, and deployments. The consultant researches customer questions, recommends optimized solutions, creates presentations and deliverables, influences design decisions, maintains Workday expertise and certifications, and manages multiple engagements. The role requires strong communication, customer advisory skills, and the ability to travel up to 10%.

Owns relationships and execution across a portfolio of partners in India. Builds joint go-to-market plans, develops and progresses partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, manages deals through close, enables partner sales teams, recruits new partners, coordinates internal stakeholders, and conducts business reviews to drive revenue and growth.

The role involves developing strategies for targeting and closing enterprise sales opportunities, account planning, and supporting sales of Workday solutions. The Account Executive will engage with C-level executives to negotiate deals and maintain accurate forecasts.

Lead discovery workshops, deliver executive-level demonstrations and POCs for Workday Adaptive Planning, advise C-level finance stakeholders, support RFP responses, and partner with Account Executives to win enterprise FP&A and workforce planning deals. Travel up to 50%.
