Drives product development for middle-office and blockchain platforms, from requirements gathering and solution definition through implementation and lifecycle management. Acts as the SME and primary liaison between business, product, and engineering teams. Defines workflows, data flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria; resolves dependencies and risks; and supports secure, compliant digital-asset, tokenization, DeFi, DvP, and tokenized-securities initiatives in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java backend applications, microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka. Implement producers, consumers, topics, partitions, and message workflows; optimize performance and reliability; troubleshoot production issues; conduct code reviews; and support CI/CD and DevOps practices. Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

Develop and maintain scalable full-stack enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and Angular or ReactJS. Responsibilities include designing REST APIs, frontend development, database modeling and query optimization, code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, Agile collaboration, deployment support, production issue resolution, and adherence to security and coding standards. The role collaborates with QA, DevOps, product, business, and technical teams, with preferred exposure to cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, CI/CD, NoSQL, and scalable system architecture.
