Build and manage the PMO function for a portfolio of large-scale commercial fit-out projects across India. Establish governance frameworks, standardized processes, portfolio tracking, resource planning, budget oversight, reporting, quality standards, audits, and escalation mechanisms. Consolidate project data for leadership, identify portfolio-wide risks and conflicts, lead prioritization decisions, and coordinate stakeholders including project managers, consultants, regulators, and internal teams. The role focuses on programme governance rather than direct site execution.

Drive ancillary revenue across India by acquiring new clients and selling WeWork properties for events, productions, pop-ups, advertising, brand activations, and other commercial uses. Build prospect databases, conduct outbound sales, develop agency and corporate relationships, generate leads and meetings, manage the sales pipeline, collaborate on lead-generation campaigns, and track performance through CRM reporting.

Manages the front desk and welcomes members, guests, and visitors. Handles inquiries, calls, check-ins, guest records, keycard activation, access coordination, and basic digital product support. Oversees community bar operations, mail and package handling, front desk organization, event coordination, and member engagement. Builds positive member relationships, addresses feedback, supports community activities, and collaborates with security, technology, and IT teams to resolve access or technical issues.
