Manages inside sales for existing and potential customers by securing orders, upselling products, qualifying opportunities, preparing quotations, resolving order issues, and coordinating with outside sales and fulfillment. Maintains order and backorder reports, monitors delivery risks, gathers customer and market feedback, and identifies process improvements. The role requires sales administration experience, customer communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and offers commission tied to individual performance.

Manages inventory accounting and month-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, cost adjustments, variance analysis, reserves, and financial reporting. Partners with supply chain and operations teams to strengthen controls and inventory governance. Supports audits, physical counts, ERP implementations, process improvements, and compliance with GAAP and SOX standards.
