Lead strategic account management for a portfolio of multi-tenant data center customers in India. Build C-suite relationships, drive account planning, pipeline growth, renewals and projects. Coordinate cross-functional teams to shape solutions, influence specifications, deliver commercial value propositions, and improve operational efficiency and total cost of ownership.

Develops new business and manages assigned customer accounts through face-to-face selling, prospecting, presentations, proposals, product demonstrations, quotations, and relationship management. The role identifies customer needs, recommends products and services, supports sales and margin growth, coordinates with suppliers, resolves post-sale issues, and maintains product knowledge. Frequent travel to customers and suppliers is required, including occasional overnight travel.

Manages inventory accounting and month-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, cost adjustments, variance analysis, reserves, and financial reporting. Partners with supply chain and operations teams to strengthen controls and inventory governance. Supports audits, physical counts, ERP implementations, process improvements, and compliance with GAAP and SOX standards.
