Supports global product operationalization, new product rollouts, custom executions, affiliate integrations, and efficiency initiatives. Coordinates deliverables, timelines, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications across Product, Client Services, Operations, and Delivery teams. The role requires proactive project follow-through, workflow coordination, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment across global teams.

Leads complex, cross-platform technical programs across data engineering, application, infrastructure, BI, analytics, and NOC teams. Owns project planning, dependencies, risks, migrations, stakeholder alignment, Agile ceremonies, data validation, reporting continuity, and delivery execution. The role also applies AI and low-code automation to improve PMO workflows and supports modernization of data and BI platforms.

Lead the research, architecture, and implementation of generative AI and agentic AI capabilities across software products. Build prototypes and production integrations using LLMs, RAG, prompt and context engineering, and multi-agent orchestration. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, guide AI adoption in development workflows, evaluate emerging models and tools, and establish scalable, secure, and reliable AI engineering practices.
