Participate in system design, project delivery, production on-call support, and engineering strategy. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to microservices, distributed systems, cloud deployments, and continuous improvement of healthcare technology platforms.

Own strategy, roadmap, discovery, prioritization, and execution for Call Intelligence products. Translate call data, transcripts, and AI-generated insights into analytics and workflows that improve appointment conversion, staff performance, and revenue for healthcare practices. Partner with engineering, data, ML, design, and go-to-market teams to define metrics, run experiments, improve adoption, and deliver reliable AI-assisted products across distributed India and U.S. teams.

Build desktop client features using TypeScript/React/HTML/CSS, contribute to platform and libraries, ensure long-term code quality, consume RESTful APIs, debug and optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
