As a founding India team member, establish technical standards and operational culture while collaborating asynchronously with US-based engineers.

Guide new Weave customers through onboarding from kickoff to go-live. Manage implementation portfolios, configure systems, lead training and activation calls, troubleshoot software workflows, communicate milestones, resolve escalations, document progress, and conduct post-go-live check-ins to drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention.

Lead a team of Salesforce developers, manage development lifecycle, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure delivery of Salesforce solutions.
