Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using SharePoint Online, SPFx, Power Platform and React. Translate business requirements into scalable solutions, integrate with REST/SharePoint APIs, write maintainable TypeScript code, troubleshoot production issues, participate in code reviews, and support CI/CD and deployments.

Lead external engineering partners across hardware product development programs, managing governance, vendor performance, project plans, KPIs, design reviews, testing/validation, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards.

Lead design, development, qualification, and sustaining engineering for downhole completion tools (packers, flow control). Perform FEA, failure analysis, FMEA, ensure API/NACE compliance, drive product improvements, support manufacturing, suppliers, and field deployment while mentoring engineering teams.
