Provides technical leadership for site reliability engineering across Walmart Data Ventures. The role establishes SRE standards, architects automation and observability frameworks, develops GenAI-powered agents and self-healing systems, and improves scalability, resilience, incident response, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include architecture reviews, CI/CD, testing, monitoring, debugging, cross-functional influence, and reducing incidents, mean time to resolution, and operational toil.

Leads strategy and execution for pricing, driver matching, and incentive products supporting delivery operations across international markets. Owns product vision, roadmaps, discovery, experimentation, analytics, launch execution, and value realization. Partners with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and business stakeholders to optimize driver experience, delivery performance, and cost per order. Influences technical direction, evaluates AI opportunities, mentors product managers, and addresses local regulatory and market requirements in Canada and Latin America.

Leads complex technology programs by defining goals, managing dependencies, coordinating cross-functional teams, translating product requirements into technical designs, mitigating risks, and driving end-to-end delivery. Establishes scalable workflows, communicates progress and impacts to stakeholders, promotes operational excellence, and mentors team members. The role requires strong expertise in technical program management, system design, cloud infrastructure, software lifecycle management, and analytical problem-solving.
