The role uses Java, Python, Kafka, Kubernetes, Airflow, and Salesforce within Walmart’s AdTech platform.

Lead and develop a high-performing software engineering team building large-scale Marketplace discovery experiences across web, mobile, and orchestration platforms. Drive architecture, scalability, reliability, execution, experimentation, observability, CI/CD, and production issue resolution. Partner with Product, UX, Data Science, Analytics, and Business teams on strategy and roadmaps while fostering innovation, inclusion, ownership, and talent development.

Leads development of secure automation and platform features for global client platforms. Builds LLM-enabled agentic workflows using tool calling, prompt evaluation, Graph and REST APIs, and Intune/Jamf integrations. Designs scalable systems, implements GitOps and infrastructure-as-code delivery, writes tests, manages secure auditability, monitors performance, and supports operational excellence. The role also includes code reviews, mentoring, and continuous quality improvement.
