Define roadmap, integrate local KYC, payments, custodians and broker-dealers, ensure regulatory and Shariah alignment, optimize localized investor journeys, and coordinate Engineering, Operations, Legal, and BD to drive AUM growth.

Lead direct and indirect tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions (US, UK, UAE, Malaysia), coordinate local tax advisors, review filings, manage VAT/GST and corporate tax reporting, oversee transfer pricing and tax registrations, implement tax controls, support audits, and provide tax advisory for cross-border transactions and new market entrants.

The Operations Analyst manages trade and cash reconciliation, resolves discrepancies, prepares reports, and coordinates with various teams to ensure efficient operations.
