Build and deploy AI-powered automation across customer service, marketing, compliance, and internal operations. Develop scripts, workflows, dashboards, reporting, reconciliations, and KYC/AML decisioning solutions using SQL, scripting, low-code tools, AI, and LLMs. Identify operational inefficiencies, streamline compliance processes, and deliver data-driven tools that improve productivity, accuracy, and customer experience.

Build, maintain, and design backend microservices and data systems using Python/Golang. Fix defects, reduce tech debt, improve architecture for robustness, security, and performance. Integrate via APIs, work with SQL/NoSQL stores (Elasticsearch, Cassandra), contribute to automated testing and increase test coverage while collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.

Conduct KYB due diligence on prospective and existing vendors, assess documentation and risk, maintain accurate Vendor Master records, track criticality and agreement statuses, and coordinate with compliance, legal, managers, and vendors. The role also supports documentation requests, monthly compliance rectifications, and vendor renewal, renegotiation, or termination processes while completing reviews within one to two business days.
