Lead global direct and indirect tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Manage external tax advisors, review filings, oversee VAT/GST and corporate tax reporting, support UAE tax implementation, maintain tax controls, advise on cross-border transactions, transfer pricing and tax-efficient structuring, and ensure audit readiness.

Lead end-to-end localization and launch of Wahed's robo-advisory in new countries. Define roadmap, integrate local KYC, payments, custodians and broker-dealers, ensure regulatory and Shariah alignment, optimize localized investor journeys, and coordinate Engineering, Operations, Legal, and BD to drive AUM growth.

Maintain accurate financial records; prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports; manage closings; reconcile bank, vendor, and debtor accounts; ensure statutory compliance; report variances and liquidity; support audits; maintain backups and accounting controls; perform other finance duties as assigned.
