Manage external tax advisors, review filings, oversee VAT/GST and corporate tax reporting, support UAE tax implementation, maintain tax controls, advise on cross-border transactions, transfer pricing and tax-efficient structuring, and ensure audit readiness.

Support SEBI-regulated investment adviser by ensuring regulatory adherence for a fintech robo-advice platform: monitor SEBI compliance, embed controls in onboarding and algorithms, draft policies (AML/KYC, data privacy), manage filings and audits, review client communications, run risk assessments, and train cross-functional teams for inspections and governance.

Design, build, and maintain centralized data pipelines, warehouses, lakes and hubs. Assemble complex datasets, implement ETL processes, build analytics tools and reports, support cross-functional teams, ensure secure cross-region data separation, and create product data tools to enable insights on acquisition and operational metrics.
