Develop financial models, forecasts, budgets, variance analyses, and recurring reports while supporting strategic decisions across the business. Build KPI dashboards, automate financial workflows using scripts and low-code tools, improve reporting processes, and provide insights to leadership, investors, and cross-functional teams. The role partners closely with the Finance Director in a rapidly scaling fintech environment.

Build and deploy AI-powered automation across customer service, marketing, compliance, and internal operations. Develop scripts, workflows, dashboards, reporting, reconciliations, and KYC/AML decisioning solutions using SQL, scripting, low-code tools, AI, and LLMs. Identify operational inefficiencies, streamline compliance processes, and deliver data-driven tools that improve productivity, accuracy, and customer experience.

Build, maintain, and design backend microservices and data systems using Python/Golang. Fix defects, reduce tech debt, improve architecture for robustness, security, and performance. Integrate via APIs, work with SQL/NoSQL stores (Elasticsearch, Cassandra), contribute to automated testing and increase test coverage while collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.

Design, build, and maintain centralized data pipelines, warehouses, lakes and hubs. Assemble complex datasets, implement ETL processes, build analytics tools and reports, support cross-functional teams, ensure secure cross-region data separation, and create product data tools to enable insights on acquisition and operational metrics.
