Develop sales strategies, grow revenue through upselling and cross-selling, negotiate contracts, maintain client relationships, analyze sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and coordinate internal teams to deliver effective client solutions and achieve sales targets.

Leads sales growth for boom pumps, line pumps, RMC batching plants, and other construction equipment. Responsibilities include forecasting, reporting, market research, technical negotiations, business development, dealer network management, and overseeing the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting through delivery. The role requires extensive construction equipment industry expertise and the ability to develop strategic partnerships and convert market insights into business actions.
