Provides functional support for ERP finance applications, owns customer incidents, troubleshoots issues, prioritizes support cases, and meets SLA and KPI targets. Partners with global product and technology teams, gathers customization and integration requirements, monitors support queues, assists support colleagues, and serves key customer accounts. The role requires finance expertise, strong communication, ERP implementation or support experience, scheduled support shifts, Australia time-zone availability, work on Indian holidays, and onsite travel to Australia.

Deploys and manages Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, networking, backups, and Azure Virtual Desktop. Automates cloud operations using ARM templates, Terraform, and PowerShell; monitors performance, reliability, and costs; administers Windows Server and Active Directory; integrates Azure AD with on-premises environments; and implements identity, access management, security, and compliance controls.

Manage and optimize enterprise SQL Server environments across production and non-production systems. Responsibilities include performance tuning, backup and recovery, high availability and disaster recovery, security, automation, Azure SQL support, monitoring, incident response, root-cause analysis, and production on-call support. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams on deployments, changes, and compliance.
