Manage tax compliance and advisory for globally mobile employees: prepare and file tax returns, advise on assignment structures and tax equalization, coordinate with payroll/HR, maintain documentation, perform country-specific research, present reports, manage engagement finances, and support client relationship growth.

Act as first point of contact for employment and global mobility tax queries; advise on cross-border tax, social security, DTAAs, equity plans, and compliance. Prepare and review complex tax returns, support appeals, coordinate with stakeholders and assignees, and collaborate on global mobility projects and advisory services.

Partner with regional and functional stakeholders to translate enterprise priorities into clear, locally relevant internal communications. Develop content for intranet and newsletters, create templates/toolkits, advise on channels and messaging, track metrics, and enable scalable communication practices across regions and functions.

Lead platform product strategy and roadmap to deliver shared services (APIs, IAM, workflow, data, developer tooling, AI). Translate technical requirements into backlog and user stories, coordinate cross-team delivery, improve scalability, reliability, security and developer experience, and drive platform adoption across product teams.

Work as part of a team advising on global workforce mobility compliance. Collaborate, analyze and manipulate data, follow risk procedures, communicate clearly, build networks, prepare US individual tax returns and cost projections for international employees, research tax laws, and support automation, digitization, and data visualization initiatives.
