Own product strategy and execution for Loan Origination System modules in a SaaS fintech platform. Responsibilities include roadmap planning, requirements definition, cross-functional collaboration, partner-bank engagement, regulatory compliance, product adoption, and continuous optimization. The role focuses on scalable lending infrastructure for banks and NBFCs across retail, SME, and digital lending use cases.

Own production reliability for fintech credit, UPI, ledgering, and reconciliation systems. Debug complex issues across services, APIs, and data layers; manage incidents within SLAs; lead root-cause analyses; monitor systems; create runbooks; and drive permanent fixes with engineering teams. The role also supports product launches and communicates directly with banking and B2B partners.

Serve as the first in-house legal hire, advising founders and teams on commercial contracts, fintech regulations, corporate matters, fundraising, product launches, partnerships, risk mitigation, disputes, and governance. Build legal processes, templates, contract lifecycle practices, and automation while coordinating with external counsel and supporting compliance with RBI, payment, and data privacy requirements.
