Source, screen, assess, and shortlist legal candidates for in-house recruitment clients across India. Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, negotiate offers, advise clients on resourcing needs, build talent pools, conduct market research, and develop relationships with candidates and clients through networking and referrals.

The HR Intern will gain hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle, supporting talent hiring, culture-building, people initiatives, employer branding, and exploration of AI and HR technology. The role suits a curious, enthusiastic, people-oriented individual who enjoys developing ideas and taking ownership.

Sources, screens, and interviews finance candidates while managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and candidate relationships. Develops new business, maintains client accounts, conducts market research, attends industry events, and collaborates on marketing initiatives. Maintains recruitment records, prepares activity and placement reports, monitors market trends, and provides trusted advisory support to candidates and clients.
