Backend-focused Software Engineer I contributing to design, architecture, and development of features, integrations, and maintenance. Responsible for database design, optimized SQL/stored procedures, API design (REST/JAX-RS), code reviews, troubleshooting production, balancing technical debt, and using AI agents to support development. Works collaboratively on a remote global team.

Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack features for SSO using front- and back-end technologies; diagnose production issues; participate in code reviews; collaborate cross-functionally and use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development.

Perform QA for Business Systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.) by designing and executing test plans, documenting results, triaging issues, producing reports, monitoring quality metrics, and recommending improvements. Support automation testing and basic Conversational AI prompt testing while collaborating with admins, developers, analysts, and stakeholders.
