The BIM Specialist will develop and maintain BIM models, ensuring compliance with Unispace standards and ISO 19650 processes, while collaborating across global project teams.

Support project financial management by preparing billings, tracking project costs and vendor invoices, monitoring receivables, assisting with subcontractor compliance, contributing to monthly reconciliations and reporting, supporting sales tax filings, and helping with project close-out and ad hoc financial tasks.
