Leads corporate interior design projects from concept through completion, managing budgets, schedules, documentation, materials, construction administration, and client presentations. Collaborates with clients, contractors, consultants, business development, and construction teams while mentoring junior designers. Develops innovative, sustainable, inclusive workplace designs, reviews technical drawings, conducts site visits, manages submittals and RFIs, and contributes to company design standards.

The BIM Specialist will develop and maintain BIM models, ensuring compliance with Unispace standards and ISO 19650 processes, while collaborating across global project teams.
