Lead sales for solar module and system testing & certification services, grow pipeline, win new clients (OEMs, EPCs, developers, manufacturers), retain and expand accounts, collaborate with technical teams to create proposals, negotiate and close contracts, monitor industry and regulatory trends, and advise on pricing and market positioning.

Manage engineering projects for fire and smoke detection products: define scope, develop test programs, perform inspections, coordinate lab activities, communicate results to clients, develop UL test methods/equipment, resolve technical issues, and support continuous improvement. Frequent travel to client test sites.

Manage and execute testing, inspection, and certification projects for fire suppression products. Define project scope, establish test programs, coordinate laboratory activities and technicians, evaluate product compliance to standards (e.g., UL, EN), prepare technical reports, communicate with clients, and support certification and continuous improvement while ensuring quality and safety.
