Build and manage cross-functional projects supporting Uber’s customer support operations. Responsibilities include creating project plans, coordinating regional teams, resolving blockers, tracking deliverables, measuring business outcomes, evaluating new initiatives, and improving operational efficiency through stakeholder alignment and data-driven decisions.

Manage India-based implementation teams serving Uber for Business enterprise and mid-market customers. Partner with Sales, Account Executives, Product, Engineering, Support, and Operations to manage launches, adoption, and usage during the first 90 days post-sale. Build scalable implementation processes, playbooks, Salesforce reports, performance trackers, and localized client materials while identifying roadblocks and expansion opportunities.

Drive new business and expand existing mid-market Uber for Business accounts in India. Manage and forecast the Salesforce sales pipeline, achieve quotas, identify customer needs, develop account expansion strategies, and lead consultative discussions with C-suite stakeholders. Responsibilities include upselling, cross-selling, business reviews, sales strategy, lead generation, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration to improve customer acquisition and growth.
