Provide technical support for Twilio Email infrastructure, troubleshoot complex email and network issues, collaborate with customers and engineering via Slack and JIRA, contribute to knowledge bases, and work shift-based schedules supporting EMEA customers.

Own architecture and roadmaps for the Phone Numbers Platform, modernize legacy systems to microservices, leverage AI tools to accelerate development, design high-volume APIs, mentor engineers, prioritize reliability and security, and write clear design docs and RFCs.

Design, develop, deploy and operate low-latency, highly available distributed systems. Build CI/CD on managed AWS services, write unit/integration/load tests, develop monitoring/alerting, perform peer code reviews, and improve system resiliency, performance, and processes in a DevOps model.
