Embed with customers to design, build, and deploy Generative AI applications. Architect scalable solutions using Python, Langchain/LangGraph, LLMs, and cloud platforms. Lead end-to-end deployments, advise clients, collaborate with product and ML teams, write maintainable code, and improve deployment pipelines and infrastructure.

Partner with the Head of Talent Growth to define and execute supply and demand growth roadmaps. Lead cross-functional growth programs, run experiments, optimize funnels and automation, build dashboards and metrics, and drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Sales to hit growth OKRs.
