Builds Power BI dashboards, semantic models, data pipelines, and financial reporting solutions using DAX, Power Query, SQL, and Microsoft Fabric. Performs financial analysis, three-statement modeling, valuation analysis, and investor reporting. Owns BI engagements from requirements gathering through QA and stakeholder iteration, while documenting governance and data models. Works directly with clients to translate business needs into technical deliverables.

Build and deploy AI-powered tools, agents, MCP integrations, and workflow automations. Own packaging, testing, hosting, monitoring, and production release cycles. Develop evaluation sets, regression checks, and human review processes to validate AI outputs. Use Claude and other LLM platforms, Python, SQL, React, and Docker. Collaborate across teams to identify automation opportunities, document technical solutions, assess data confidentiality, and communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Builds agentic AI systems, MCP servers, retrieval systems, and evaluation pipelines for reliable AI-generated code. Responsibilities include supporting large-codebase changes, implementing compile and test gates, applying concurrency and telemetry best practices, improving performance and safety, and collaborating on AI workflow experiments. The role requires Java or Python proficiency, production or developer-facing systems experience, strong communication, and a computer science foundation.
