Leads end-to-end Corporate and Marine Travel Operations, including ticketing, servicing, cancellations, refunds, client support, supplier management, process improvement, automation, SLA performance, profitability, and P&L contribution. The role manages corporate and marine client relationships, operational budgets, risk controls, team productivity, service quality, and strategic growth while coordinating with airlines, GDS providers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Lead integrated marketing for TripJack’s Hotels business, developing promotional strategies, managing multichannel campaigns, coordinating hotel partner initiatives, and driving agent engagement and bookings. Own campaign execution across email, WhatsApp, social media, websites, landing pages, webinars, and events. Create marketing content and sales enablement materials, collaborate with business, sales, product, technology, and creative teams, monitor competitors, and report campaign performance using engagement, traffic, leads, bookings, and revenue metrics.

Acquire and onboard travel agency partners, manage existing relationships, achieve territory sales targets, promote travel products, conduct market visits, train partners on booking tools, provide post-sales support, and execute regional sales and branding campaigns. The role requires strong B2B travel sales experience, an established travel-agent network, account management skills, and extensive regional travel.
