The Sales Engineer will serve as the technical liaison for Sales, guiding customers through Trend Micro security solutions, enhancing customer success, and conducting training and technical demonstrations.

Drive high-volume sales of Trend AI products across assigned West accounts and channel partners. Build and maintain partner/distributor relationships, manage a large high-velocity pipeline using CRM, meet revenue and renewal targets, negotiate pricing/discounts, identify upsell opportunities, collaborate with pre-sales/marketing/product teams, and ensure accurate order and contract processing.

Serve as the technical pre-sales bridge to Sales and customers: deliver demos, design security solutions, train partners and sales, influence customer technical strategy, collaborate with product and support, and drive customer onboarding and success for TrendAI security products.
