Reviews drawings and technical documents, coordinates vendors and contractors, tracks materials and progress, supervises quality and safety, resolves site issues, supports BMS integration, and maintains commissioning and handover documentation.

Manage and execute data-center cooling service and projects: service, commissioning, troubleshooting, start-up, performance testing, installation oversight, documentation, RCA/8D reporting, customer interfacing, and mentoring junior staff.

Designs and delivers temporary HVAC and temperature-control solutions for industrial, commercial, and event clients. Responsibilities include thermal load calculations, system and equipment selection, engineering schematics, bill of materials development, regulatory compliance, project execution, installation oversight, commissioning, troubleshooting, contractor supervision, logistics coordination, sales proposal support, cost estimation, and technical client presentations.
