Leads full-stack software development across user interfaces, business logic, databases, integrations, testing, and maintenance. Designs and develops end-to-end custom applications using front-end and back-end technologies, supports CI/CD and agile practices, and applies strong programming fundamentals to learn new frameworks and tools. The role requires extensive experience in software development and collaboration across technology teams.

Performs routine accounting activities under supervision, including preparing journal entries, financial statements, account reconciliations, and accounting schedules. Supports monthly and quarterly close and consolidation processes, verifies invoices and financial records, maintains general ledger and reconciliation reports, and researches the impact of accounting and regulatory standards. Ensures accurate financial reporting and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and accounting principles.

Lead and transform global legal operations by delivering enterprise matter management migration, AI integration readiness, contract lifecycle and outside counsel programs, eBilling, eDiscovery, records and knowledge management, BI and reporting, resource planning, and establishing India as a legal operations center of excellence. Build team capabilities, partner across legal, business and IT, track metrics and budgets, and drive measurable operational improvements.
