Supports onboarding and development programs for Wealth associates. Maintains associate databases, tracks production-readiness criteria, manages role-specific entitlements, submits system and hardware access requests, and identifies process improvements and automation opportunities. The role also monitors training needs and program effectiveness while building collaborative relationships across the organization.

Acts as a liaison among engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to execute product strategy. Manages and prioritizes the product backlog, creates user stories with Product Managers, and authors product lifecycle documentation including roadmaps, business requirements, and functional specifications. Participates in sprint planning, modernization and integration efforts, market research, competitive analysis, and iterative product development.

Reviews AI-flagged contact center calls for compliance concerns, applies standardized dispositions, documents findings in CMA, escalates issues, and completes evaluations within deadlines. Supports compliance risk assessments, audits, corrective action plans, policy updates, employee training, regulatory research, and compliance reporting. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, judgment, and issue-spotting skills, with attention to financial services regulations and risk-monitoring practices.
